Deliver game changing feedback with ease (even if you don't like conflict)

2-hour live webinar: Learn exactly what to say - and how to say it - to confidently deliver the feedback your employees need and want.

Do you struggle with:

  • Knowing what to say when delivering constructive feedback?

  • Worrying how your employees will react?

  • Putting off the difficult conversations you need to have?

  • Coming across as too direct when sharing feedback?

  • Knowing how to follow-up or what to do if performance doesn't improve?

Feedback is hard, but you can do this!

I've been there. Like many leaders, I used to feel nervous about giving constructive feedback to my employees. This caused me to delay (and even sometimes avoid) the feedback they needed to hear. In the end, this only increased the stress for my employees and me, and it deprived them of information they needed to grow and perform at their best.

I found a better way. I was determined to make this better and spent the last decade studying different feedback models, diving into the neuroscience of threats and rewards, and experimenting with different approaches.

Over time, I developed a SIMPLE, LOW STRESS and EFFECTIVE approach to constructive feedback that you can start applying with your team immediately. I wanted to share what I learned with other leaders, and that's why I created Transformational Feedback™.

About your instructor

Steve Robertson, Ph.D.

Hello, and thanks for checking out my webinar. Here's a little about me.

Leadership training and coaching are my thing, and for more than 10 years I've had the privilege of leading leadership development at Hewlett-Packard, St. Luke's Health System, and for many hundreds of other leaders in technology, manufacturing, banking, professional services, and the non-profit sector.

Early in my own leadership career, I lacked the skills and tools to lead effectively, and my teams and I suffered as a result. A big part of my motivation for this work stems from my desire to help other leaders avoid the mistakes I made and help them bring out the best in themselves and the people they serve.

I also know that today's leaders are busier than ever, and I enjoy figuring out how to translate powerful leadership concepts into practical actions that leaders can take in the real world. This motivated me to earn a Ph.D. in education leadership and serve as adjunct professor of leadership in Boise State University's MBA program.

When I'm not working with leaders or listening to one of my favorite leadership podcasts, I love spending time with family and friends, and getting outdoors with my amazing wife and our two rambunctious doodles, Hazel and Leo.

If you have any questions, please email me at [email protected]. I'd love to hear from you.

Cheering you on!

Steve
