Leadership Essentials is a 3-month, personalized coaching experience designed to empower new managers to step confidently into leadership.

• Throughout the program, you’ll engage in bi-weekly coaching sessions and gain access to valuable tools and resources.
• Unlike other programs, you won’t just learn about leadership—you’ll actively implement your skills and practices with ongoing support to drive real, lasting change.

Over the next three months, we’ll follow a proven process that’s entirely personalized to your needs and goals:

1. Assessment: We’ll start by understanding your current strengths, challenges, and leadership goals. This can include an online 360-degree feedback process at no extra cost.
2. Custom Plan: Using the assessment and feedback, we’ll create a leadership development plan that’s grounded in best practices and tailored to your vision and goals.
3. Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions: Every other week, we’ll meet for one-on-one coaching to guide you through implementing your plan and making adjustments along the way.
4. Practical Tools and Resources: You’ll have access to tools, templates, and resources designed specifically to help you build the skills you need.
5. Ongoing Support and Accountability: Between sessions, you’ll have unlimited text and email support to help you stay on track, fine-tune your approach, and celebrate your wins.
