Steve Robertson, Ph.D.

Steve is a recognized expert in fostering healthy cultures, performance improvement, and leadership development, with a particular focus on helping new and developing managers thrive.

With over 14 years of experience, Steve has led high-impact organizational and leadership development programs across for-profit and nonprofit organizations, supporting hundreds of leaders and their teams.

 Steve's experience includes:

  • Co-founding and leading a global organizational development department at Hewlett Packard for eight years where he guided emerging leaders through their growth journeys.
  • Leading leadership development, performance management, coaching, and strategic change management at St. Luke’s Health System.
  • Serving as Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Idaho Youth Ranch where he oversaw all aspects of culture, leadership development, and HR.

Steve was a highly rated adjunct professor of leadership in Boise State's MBA program. Steve also served on the board for the Professional Coaching Association of Idaho.

Steve completed ICF credentialed coach training through Invite Change and earned a Ph.D. in Education Leadership from the University of Idaho, a J.D. from Santa Clara University’s School of Law, and a B.A. in history from U.C. Berkeley.

Susan Dahl-Robertson, M.A.

Susan is a Gallup certified CliftonStrengths® coach and strength-based leadership development expert with more than 10 years’ experience helping executives, senior leadership teams, new managers, and their teams leverage the power of strengths.

Susan is passionate about helping leaders uncover their unique talents so they can lead with greater confidence, impact, and ease. She partners with leaders to build healthy teams and cultures and optimize their performance through customized strengths-based programs. These programs include team workshops, small group sessions and individual strengths coaching for all team members and leaders to drive big shifts and sustained growth.  

In addition to her expertise with Gallup’s CliftonStrengths®, Susan is a master certified coach who specializes in helping leaders overcome their blind-spots and transform limiting beliefs to lead with greater clarity and influence.

Susan is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach ™, Master Certified Life Coach through the Martha Beck Coaching Institute, and a Certified Equus Coach through Koelle Institute for Equus Coaching ®. She earned a Masters of Arts in Career Counseling from JFK University and a B.A. in Speech Communications from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
